This document serves as a formal Service Application and Service Level Agreement between the Customer and Nuvicom Tech Solution LLC.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service provisioning will be considered accepted within 4 business days from delivery. Failure to sign the Service Acceptance Certificate will result in billing commencement from the provisioning date.
This Agreement is valid for the duration specified in your service proposal and will automatically renew unless terminated in accordance with clause 7.
Hardware warranties are subject to product specifications. Warranty exclusions include damages from power surges, mishandling, or lack of UPS. Extended warranty is available.
All equipment provided remains the property of Nuvicom Tech Solution LLC and must be returned upon contract termination or expiration.
Services are offered on a pre-paid or agreed billing schedule. Late payments may lead to service suspension or cancellation.
Either party may terminate by providing 90 days written notice. Termination does not remove the obligation of prior payments.
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private unless legally required to disclose it.
Nuvicom Tech Solution LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Customer agrees to indemnify the company from misuse-related claims.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control such as disasters, strikes, or legal restrictions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
